What we sell
Our paid product is the Data Deletion Playbook — a digital guide (PDF plus a tracker spreadsheet) sold for a one-time payment of $29 USD. Checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip. After purchase, Payhip delivers your download link electronically; no physical product is shipped.
Educational content only
Everything on this site and in the Playbook is consumer education and general information about publicly documented opt-out processes and privacy rights. Accuracy and changes
Data broker opt-out pages, forms, and processing times change frequently, and privacy laws continue to evolve. We work to keep our guides and the Playbook current, and Playbook buyers receive future broker-list updates, but we cannot guarantee that every step matches a broker's process on the day you use it. Always verify the current procedure on the broker's official site before submitting personal information.
Your license to the Playbook
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Playbook for your own household's deletion work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Playbook or its contents, in whole or in part, and you may not use it to provide a paid removal service to third parties.
Acceptable use of the site
- Use the site and the free Hit-List Builder for your own personal deletion planning.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Do not misrepresent our content as legal advice or as affiliated with any data broker, government agency, or Consumer Reports.
Limitation of liability
Deletion outcomes depend on the brokers, the accuracy of the information you submit, and factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY Deletion is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or the Playbook, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
